Equipment Introduction
1.Adopts PLC programmable controller to control the production processes.
2.Automatic paper core replacement and rewinding, automatic edge trimming and spraying, paper core replacement and rewinding rise -and- fall speed automatically .
3.The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, to avoid the product paper core loose phenomenon.
4.Can produce paper roll with core or without core.
5. Automatic prompt to add paper core tube, machine automatically stop when paper core using up.
6.The machine will stop automatically when the raw paper broken.
7. The unwinding of raw paper is controlled by tension.
8. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine (this machine with two jumbo roll stands).
9. One person is needed for the whole equipment operation from jumbo roll to final paper product.
