Equipment Introduction
1.Adopts PLC programmable controller to control the production program.
2. Paper core replacement and rewinding automatic, spraying glue and cutting paper carry through automatically and sequentially.
3. The rewinding process of the product is tight first and loose afterward, with its tension adjustable.
4. Can produce paper roll with core or without core.
5. Can add paper core automatically, machine stop when paper core using up.
6. Machine stop when raw paper broke.
7. Paper tension control when unwinding jumbo roll.
8. Jumbo Roll Paper is pneumatically uploaded onto machine (this machine with two jumbo roll stands).
9. This machine produce kitchen towel or hand towel or toilet paper with glue. The rewinding diameter can be customized from 100-500mm.
