1. When maintaining and inspecting the electrical equipment of the toilet paper rewinder, it is necessary to cut off the power supply. This command can only be executed when there is no display on the display and the main circuit power indicator is off.

2. Note that the voltage of the rewinder should be stable, otherwise it is easy to burn out the motor; Pay attention to hygiene and do not let debris fall between the steel roller and the rough roller.

3. When using the rewinder, it is necessary to check the position deviation of the conveyor belt at the end of the paper holder before starting the machine every day. The deviation needs to be corrected first (correct where the belt does not contact the yellow retainer). Check whether the paper carrier belt has main transmission shaft carrier roller deviation and yellow protection. If the deviation needs to be corrected by us (correction position: no contact between two people at any time, if contact needs to be corrected);

4. The continuous operation time of the toilet paper rewinder should be less than 12 hours per day. At the same time, ensure that the cooling water is clean and that the water pump operates normally. Do not dehydrate the water shaft motor. Regularly replace cooling water to prevent excessive water temperature. In winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, please replace the cooling water in the water tank with antifreeze.

5. Check whether the oil quantity of the head gear box is within the red line of the observation hole. If the oil level is too low, add oil or change the oil to avoid unnecessary losses such as gear damage. (When the new equipment is operating at about 1/3 of the medium speed of the large shaft paper, start adding gear oil to the gearbox for the first time. After reaching the red line of the observation hole, it can be added, and it is not allowed to add any more. Generally, use it for 1-2 months, press e to output, and start the second refueling. After the normal refueling cycle, replace it every 3-5 months.)

6. The tail belt is severely worn and should be replaced in time if it is serious to avoid unnecessary losses;

7. When the new equipment is used normally at 1/3 of the suspension spindle for the first time, it is necessary to check the stability of the machine, the tightness of the fixing bolts, and the tightness of the chain wheel fixing jackscrews to ensure that the equipment operates smoothly, without bolts falling off or loosening, and that the equipment has a good operating environment (starting from the second time of the normal maintenance cycle, check twice a week).

8. During the first maintenance, all bearings on the equipment should be oiled, chains should be oiled, gears should be oiled, and the positive and negative sliders of the paper cutter should be oiled to maintain a good working environment for the equipment. Check every two months.

9. Clean the dust, Paper Cuttings, oil stain and surrounding environment regularly.
