1. Operators must receive pre job training and pass the examination before taking up their posts, and should strictly abide by this operating procedure. 2. In addition to the necessary maintenance personnel, it is strictly prohibited for non personnel to operate the equipment or change the setting parameters. 3. It is recommended to set the roller speed ratio within the range of 1.3 to 1.5. 4. Before starting the air heater, it must be confirmed that the drying fan has been started. 5. When adjusting the gap between the coating roller and the back roller, the principle should be that the slurry on the coating roller just wipes off without jamming the back roller. It is necessary to ensure that the two rollers are parallel and have the same gap (there must be a gap). 6. After resetting the parameters, be sure to press the Put button to change the parameters. 7. After each shift is stopped, the hopper, scraper, coating roller, and back roller must be cleaned immediately with alcohol or acetone, and the surface must not be scratched or damaged. 8. Pay attention to maintaining the cleanliness and lubrication of the back roller cylinder and linear slide rail. 9. The bearing parts of the machine must be lubricated regularly, and the gearbox must be regularly changed or replenished. 10. Once problems are found during operation, they must be immediately recorded and notified to relevant departments for timely handling. |
